⏰ Time Management

Learn how to manage your study time effectively and stay consistent.

1. Set Clear Goals

Decide exactly what you want to accomplish before you begin studying. Clear goals make it easier to stay focused.

2. Create a Study Timetable

Plan specific times for each subject. Include classes, assignments, revision, meals, rest and sleep.

3. Prioritize Important Tasks

Start with subjects or assignments that are most difficult, urgent or important.

4. Break Large Tasks Into Smaller Parts

Instead of trying to finish a large topic at once, divide it into smaller sections that you can complete one at a time.

5. Use Focused Study Sessions

Study for a focused period, then take a short break. During study time, avoid unnecessary phone use and other distractions.

6. Avoid Procrastination

Do not continuously postpone difficult work. Begin with a small part of the task and build momentum.

7. Leave Time for Revision

Do not wait until examination day to revise. Regular short revision sessions are easier to manage and help reinforce learning.

8. Protect Your Sleep

Good time management includes enough sleep and rest. Avoid filling every available hour with studying.

9. Review Your Plan

At the end of each week, check what you completed and adjust your timetable for the following week.

Quick Daily Plan

Plan → Prioritize → Study → Break → Review → Prepare for tomorrow.
